Have not received

I still have not received my enail and it says the package is still in Shenzhen China. It has been 14 days and I’m extremely annoyed as my friend bought the same enail the same day as me and he received his last Thursday a week ago today.

Works. Did not work out of box.

Works like a charm... Now. After 20 minutes googling I finally figured out what was wrong. If youre having trouble hold the right arrow and go to the rd setting i believe and put in code for "heat" at least that part is in the instructions.
