I received exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. It was packaged well to prevent breakage. It fits my heater and works perfectly. Demedo answered my questions when I contacted them, and I appreciate that.

I got my nail took it out of the box and put it together and the coil broke the arm that holds it, I temporarily replaced the arm with a clothes pin and I’m waiting on my new nail they said they would send me a new one.
